Did you know that 80% of people are not happy with their life? Are you one of them?
If you are, you're definitely not alone. 80% of people not being happy is a shocking statistic - and a very sad fact. So sad that I decided to do something about it: I took all the research I could find on happiness and packaged it into this course in an easily digestible format. Easy peasy, and yet implementing the steps could lead to life-changing results.
This course is not all about theory - I’ll leave that to the researchers. This is full of practical stuff that you can apply to your own life, so that you can actually achieve greater happiness and find joy in living.
Life is short. You don’t want to waste it.
Emotional health is the pillar of wellbeing - and the key to our happiness. You can eat the best foods on the planet and exercise every day; but if your feelings and emotions are not how they should be you will not be happy, or healthy for that matter. I learned this the hard way – but you don’t have to.
I have developed "Your Guide to Happiness" not just on the basis of my studies into wellbeing and happiness, but also on what I’ve learnt throughout my personal life.
I’ve had a great life and lots of wonderful experiences – I’ve lived in five countries so far. But it wasn’t always easy… Life could’ve broken me so many times, and I could’ve given up so many times – but I never did.
I’m one of the happiest people you will ever meet, and I genuinely love life with all its ups and downs. ‘How is that possible?’ – I’ve been asked this question many times. And so this course was born out of the desire to share with everyone how it is indeed possible to live a happy life – and not just when things are going well. Would you like me to show you how?
What is included in this course:
- 6 easy-to-digest video presentations
- 6 worksheets to fill out
- 1 Happiness Reminders pdf of the most important points to print out and keep close
- 5 posters with quotes
- 1 expert interview with life coach and author Darren Horne about how to control emotions
- 2 expert articles by transformational coach Melissa Drake about how to love yourself
I was told to charge $99 for this course - but I'm not going to do that. I'm not even going to charge half of that. You will get all of this content for a much friendlier price.
The reason is simple: I want everyone to have access to this course, because happiness is not a luxury. Therefore you can have it for $27.
"Your Guide to Happiness" will show you how to get that happiness factor back into your life. You will learn how to control your emotions – so they are not controlling you instead. And you will discover techniques to develop a happy attitude no matter what life throws at you.
The thing is, life happens to all of us. Sometimes we have to face adversity - and that’s never easy. But how we react to challenging times can make all the difference: some people will break, and others will grow stronger under the same circumstances. Which one are you? Which one would you like to be?
As a wellbeing educator, author and blogger I’m dedicated to teaching those who want more out of life, who are ready to take action, ready to change what needs to be changed, who know that they are worthy of happiness.
This course is NOT for you if:
- you’re not ready to make a change (or you accept being unhappy and miserable as part of a normal life)
- you have serious psychiatric problems (although you might find this course beneficial, you should consult a medical professional as your first port of call)
- you’re so happy with your life that you couldn’t possibly be any happier (in which case please get in touch because I’d love to interview you!)
Everybody deserves to live a happy life – this is your birthright. The world is crying out to be a better place, and that all starts with people feeling better about themselves and their lives. I can show you how to make this a reality.
So if you’re ready to shine then I look forward to guiding you on this journey with love and support. The question is… are you ready for happiness?
Praise for this course:
